Jessica's Twitch channel is growing fast. Really fast. It is growing fast because of her hard work and knack for making friends. After proudly serving 2 tours in our armed forces (THANK YOU!) , Jessica is taking the battle to online opponents while a growing audience watches her on Twitch.
Let's learn more about her:
Tell us about yourself.
To describe myself: I'm a gamer, a mom, and a wife. I am 25 years old and currently reside in Texas. I am prior Military K-9 police and served two tours overseas. I just recently decided last year to spend more time at home and pursue a career in gaming. Things that I love are my family, my spirituality, anime, gaming and working out!
How long have you been streaming on Twitch? How and why did you decide to start streaming?
I have been active on Twitch for a year now, but streaming non-stop for the past 3 1/2 months. I decided to start streaming because I wanted a way that I could network and interact with people who shared the same passion in gaming. Before Twitch, I didn't know a single soul in the community. Now, I have too many friends to count! I've already accomplished my goal and the "Spaito" family continues to grow.
What are you playing now? Also tell us more about the RPG's you like!
I am currently rockin' Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. The RPG genre is dear to my heart! Before I ever played any FPS, I was addicted to games such as the Final Fantasy series, Xenosaga Trilogy, Chrono Trigger, Star Ocean, Legend of the Dragoon, Kingdom Hearts and the list goes on. If you haven't played these games, you haven't lived haha
What games or tech do you look forward to?
I am highly anticipating Kingdom Hearts 3. I'm definitely going to become a shut-in when that game is released.
Which game(s) are a guilty pleasure?
Guilty pleasure? I'd have to say Call of Duty: Ghosts. Everyone seems to loathe that game so I sort of get grief anytime I admit that I loved it.
Do you game full time? How do you work your channel with you husband Mike? Is it difficult to balance gaming and family?
I do game full time! Mike streams occasionally. He showcases games such as Hearthstone or League of Legends but his main priority is to "bring home the bacon" working as a geologist. What a nerd, right? It's not difficult for me to balance gaming and family time. My family always comes first and my friends and fans are very understanding and supportive of my lifestyle so there's no pressure placed on me.
What is your greatest gaming accomplishment?
My greatest gaming accomplishment would be beating Ruby and Emerald as well as breeding a Golden Chocobo on FFVII. Seems small, but as a kid it was a huge deal to finally do it!
When did you get into gaming? Which Game drew you in?
I have been an avid gamer since I was 5 years old. My sisters and I all shared an NES and the first games that ignited my love for this particular hobby would have to be Mike Tyson's Punch Out, Ninja Gaiden and River City Ransom.
Where can people go to learn more about you?
To learn more about me, you can follow me on Twitter @SpaitoGaming as well as check out my Twitch channel and hang out with me when I go live! I love meeting new people and am always around to answer any questions you might have!
We would like to thank Jessica for taking the time to share with us and all of you more about her life as a gamer and professional Twitch streamer!
